AI Vision Statement

At TALA, we are committed to the responsible and transparent use of artificial intelligence to further enhance the quality and efficiency of our work for clients.

We believe that AI, when used thoughtfully, can spark creativity, streamline workflows and uncover new insights, but it will never replace the human judgment, empathy, stakeholder relationships and sector expertise that define our agency.

We commit to:

  • Being open about how we use AI tools in our workflow.
  • AI-generated image and video content is always flagged.
  • Maintaining a published list of the platforms we use and for what purpose, along with information on their privacy and security practices.
  • Using AI as an expert assistant to support our team, not replace it.
  • AI tools are never the final author or decision-maker.
  • Any AI outputs are thoroughly reviewed by experienced professionals to ensure they meet our high standards for accuracy, relevance, originality and tone.
  • Sensitive or identifying information is never entered into AI tool learning pools, and we rigorously assess the risks and compliance requirements of every platform we use.
  • Nurturing our understanding of AI and its ethical usage
  • Our team is continuously educated on AI developments and trained to verify both internally and externally sourced content for authenticity and bias.
  • Our policies are regularly reviewed and updated to keep pace with technological advances and societal expectations, always considering the ethical, environmental, and reputational implications of our choices.
  • Above all, we are dedicated to safeguarding our clients’ confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professional integrity in every aspect of our work.

“Our role is to forge and maintain relationships, and people will always be central to this mission. ‘Human first and human last’ is a maxim that we stand by – we’re not outsourcing our emotional intelligence to a machine.”

– Andrew Baud, CEO, Talacom
