A huge thank you to the four Year 12 students who joined us at TALA over the summer on work experience placements, we hope they had a bit of an insight into what a career in PR could look like, should they choose it.
Mazvita from Wykham Park and Brooke and Scarlett from North Oxfordshire Academy joined us first, followed by Nettie from Royal Latin School who we were so pleased to welcome back after her first placement with us two summers ago.
All four students tackled a really wide range of PR tasks that will be invaluable to us over the coming months, including undertaking research to support our client work, getting involved in web and social content creation and compiling journalists and influencer bios.
They also spent time with the team learning more about LinkedIn, journalism and AI for their own personal development.
We love showing young people how PR can be a creative, dynamic and exciting career option, and how our Talent Academy can offer people at all stages in their career opportunities to grow and succeed.
Best of luck on your journeys – perhaps we will see you again!
